I would like to send a big thank-you to Amro in the ENT department @ Barnsley General Hospital. I am sorry I don't know his full name or title.
I had a badly swollen ear which was very sore due to infection.
I was treated over a few days by Amro as an out-patient.
He was a very friendly, caring and considerate person and such a professional in his manner. I could not have wished for a better person to look after me.
He is a credit to the hospital and the NHS. Keep up the good work.
