"Moan, moan, moan"

I cannot believe the amount of negative comments given. I have to travel from Cornwall 5 - 6 hours for treatment and consultation which is exhausting. I too have had to wait. On one occasion - I traveled for 6 hours, then had to wait 2 hours for my MRI - the person who carried it out kept apologising for the delay. - but guess what it was worth it and it was free - try being in a country without the NHS. I have always found staff to be helpful and pleasant. If you have concerns talk to staff who will give you the time of day if you treat them with the respect they deserve.
