My youngest son was transferred to A&E from GP services due breathing difficulties. The A&E staff, especially the nurses, were all brilliant with my son. He had to be admitted but the staff did their best and did a great job. Today, my eldest son had an accident and broke his arm. Once again, the nurses were great. We were in and out in 2.5 hours and my son left smiling. He was shown his X-ray and asked lots of questions of which every one was answered. The staff on today's shift were the same staff on the night my youngest son was admitted and they remembered us and asked after him. I think it's sad when people slate A&E departments, but I can say that both recent visits have been to a high, caring standard. Thank you Scarborough A&E staff.
