"Breast clinic"

I went yesterday to see a consultant at Breast clinic , I was obviously worried and anxious , but neither of that was took into consideration. When I went to see the consultant, they were rude , abrupt and not in one bit showed any respect or care to how I may have been feeling. Their attitude reduce me to tears in the room and left the hospital very upset. This consultant needs to work on their people skills and understand that woman are going to be worried and should be spoken to with respect .I have never felt this about kings mill ,which is a shame as the care im recieving with my pregnancy has been fantastic and the staff have on pregnancy day care , it's a shame that this consultant has let kings mill down .
