What I liked

The male x-ray receptionist was very courteous & pleasant, when I visited for a x-ray.

What could be improved

The male radiologist was not friendly, did not even give me the courtesy of an "hello" & just told me to undress/put a gown on. I felt uncomfortable & annonymous

Thank you for your comments about the service you received at Sutton Hospital, including the kind words you had to say about the receptionist in our x-ray department. We will pass that on.

I was sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the radiologist abd we will raise this with the department. We expected staff to be courteous and friendly at all times, treating patients how they would expected to be looked after if they were in hospital.
