About: Royal Derby Hospital

We were advised that the hospital would call my husband back within a fortnight to check his catheter but to date nothing has been done!!! I rang the hospital today to be told that there was no record of this on his file with the specialist he saw originally. Again another item that was not done because it was a Sunday when he was admitted to SAU for urgent treatment. Please can you ensure that these cases are correctly referred so other people do not suffer as we have done.
