My husband was brought to A&E by ambulance. I came separately. From my arrival (in the wrong place) I was given unstinted help and respect, medical staff were cheerful, patient and ready to explain unhurriedly and everywhere was spotless. Thank-you, A&E and heart specialists, for providing reassuring and confident support through what could have been a worrying experience.
