"The doctor is fabulous"

I visited the dermatology department today for my third appointment. I initially saw one doctor but hit the same wall as my gp trying to prescribe meds only to address the symptoms and not to look at the cause. My second and third visit, I saw another doctor. This doctor is on the ball, clear, decisive and looks outside the box. They addressed a problem that I have suffered with for years in just one appointment. They are professional and pleasant, a welcome breeze in the pressured NHS and a completely credit. I couldn't recommend hee highly enough. Their work and patient care needs to be recognised.
