"Catering"

The medical staff are wonderful. The catering run by Sodexo is terrible. I am on ward A9 I am usually having tests when they come round to order lunch or supper. They never leave a form for me to choose my food. They give me what they think I want. If I do get to order something I don't get what I asked for. They are not very helpful. This happens to most of my fellow inmates. At other hospitals you get tea or coffee quite often but not here. You are woken at 06:00 and have to wait until about 09:00 for breakfast and a hot drink. I understand that the catering staffing has been reduced and it certainly shows. I have nothing good to say about the catering service and food. Other hospitals do a great job especially Frimley Park in Camberley.
