"the nurses that checked my blod ..."

About: St Helier Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

the nurses that checked my blod pressure and urine.. the nurse was very caring and so perlight... very considerate towards my prev history of a 39 week stillbirth in october 08..

What could be improved

the consultants manners for a start...

they were very rude and incosiderate towards the way i am feeling, they should no remorse towards me neither di they try and ease my mind... they never checked me over or check for my babys heartbeat then sent me on my way .. they contradicted what was previously said to me able the antenatal care i would recieve.. am i am very upset and dissapointed in the staff... they refused to give me a scan untill i argued will them... im that disgusted in my treatment that i am considering changing my hospital over...

Anything else?

yeah they also lost the pictures they are menat to keep on my file of my stillborn son.. when i asked for these i was told im sorry but we have lost the camera..!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH.!
