Dear Anonymous Many thanks for your contact and I am sorry to hear that you feel you have not received a good service from our East Lancashire Children's and Adolescent Service. I have been in contact with the service manager (Joanne Weller)who has asked me to provide a number for you to contact her on to discuss your concerns- this is 01282 804806. Also if you would like to talk through you and your son's visits to us with one of our Patient Experience team so we can understand the bits of your experience that have concerned you we would really value this so that we improve our services for every child visiting our hospitals and services. You can either contact me (Wendy Stobbs) on 01254 733716 or email me on wendy.stobbs@elht.nhs.uk. Or if you would like to share your experience in confidence with an independent organisation please contact Healthwatch BwD on 01254 504985 or info@healthwatchblackburnwithdarwen.co.uk Many thanks again for commenting Wendy Stobbs, Senior Patient Experience Facilitator
