"Why do u never show bad reviews?"

Yesterday, when catching the bus I hit my lower abdomen against a metal sticking out - where you you usually lean your arm against when you sit back at the busy stop. When calling NHS they asked me to go to the hospital, however I was in my own and my home being away for 2 min walk, I went home and waited for my partner to take me. I went to the hospital and the member of staff asked me to wait 6 hours without even asking my name amd what the condition was. They said everyone is ill. Which I understand but me fainting continuesly and waiting was impossible I then went home and now I'm at the London a Hospital and am going to sue King George's and rude member of staff. Everything is monitored and just because I'm walking they think I was ok? I hope my results come out clear which I doubt.
