"time wasting!"

after been back and fro to my gp finally I had to take myself to ae as I was in so much pain and discomfort. with my arm a/e consultant gave me a xray due to the pain in my arm and tablets and placed my arm in a sling and was informed I was going to fracture clinic in 2 days. A week later im in clinic so see the dr for two mins who bent my arm back and forth and told me I will need a urgent ultrasound scan on my arm. Will that be today I asked? no but come back in two week and you will hopefully have had that done and we will discuss what's next. Am I wrong in thinking why didn't the a/e dr order or do this scan or I have it done today I don't mind waiting as they informed me I have torn snapped my bicep muscle I cant turn my arm or bend it with out been in pain and swollen and its really difficult with three children. why is every thing so slow, just feel ive had a wasted journey just to be told I need a scan see you later! all the staff were nice its just so frustrating
