"outstanding care received"

my 86 year old mum recently attended airedale general hospital - as an acute presentation ? stroke. We were received effeciently and compassionately and all staff members within each of the departments took time to explain fully what was to happen and why and followed up with further conversations regarding results. We were fully included in decisions and the treatment plan. Everywhere was spotless and whilst travelling to and from the various corridors for further investigation everyone made eye contact and acknowledged us - such a friendly atmosphere. Our arrival at each area was expected and there was hardly any waiting. Fortunately Mum had not suffered a stroke - and we were able to return home following the conclusion of the relevent investigations. A letter to Mum's GP was prompt and fully outlined what had been undertaken at Airedale. Totally faultless care on every level - thankyou
