"dangerous"

I've had the great misfortune to have required many trips to accident emergency admission to CDU and occasionally the wards and after the excellent care professionalism and human touch afforded by the ambulance crews it goes steadily downhill from there. Waiting times are atrocious the staff can be arrogant uncaring and lacking in professional and inter personal skills. ( this is a general opinion and of course there are exceptions but sadly they are exceptions and not the general rule) I worked as a staff nurse at Medway for 12 yrs and don't believe how bad medical and nursing standards are. oh and staff please remember when you are deriding pts etc at the nurses station we are ill not deaf. I've sworn never to use William Harvey Hosp again even if my life depends on it
