I love to complain but I also love to say nice things. More to the point I am fed up with the media slagging the NHS all the time and want to say someting good. The NHS is not always perfect but on this occassion it was and I want to tell you so! You looked after my elder daughter in A&E when she had an asthma attack. The service was fantastic from recepetion to discharge. The staff were lovely, caring and considerate. They listened to my daughter's wealth of experience in her own illness and built their response on that. They kept her informed at all times, treated her with dignity and respect. An all together fantastic experience. She was back in this week and also she had to wait a little longer to complete her assessment before discharge the service was just as good. It easy to critise, we have had some pretty bad treatment at Royal Surrey in the last two years for instance. But its not always bad and sometimes, like on this occassion it is exceptional. Well done and thank you!
