"Carer involvement in AMH City Crisis Service"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Carer services

(as a staff member),

Carers were invited to attend AMH City Crisis Team meeting. Carers were grateful for the opportunity to be involved in discussions about involving carers in a meaningful way. It was agreed that Carer Support leaflets would be included in information packs and the Crisis team would provide a Carer Rep to attend the Highbury Carers meeting.

The group would like to thank Viv Kilborn - Manager for listening and responding to their views and sugestions

Thank you for sharing your positive experience about your involvement with the City Crisis Team, your comments are most welcome and I will gladly share them with Viv and her team today, this is a good example of how the teams are commited to Involving carers.

Once again thank you for your positve comments and taking the time to post on patient opinion.

Kind Regards
