wjilst in early labour the midwife on Victoria ward was meant to recheck me at 3pm but went in their lunch and didn't see them till later, the midwife never checked. Night staff came on checked me and I was moved to delivery suit. Once on delivery suit the care I received was amazing, as very anxious as having VBAC after previous emergency c-section. Reassurance given throughout even though baby was back to back and dropping heart rate. Baby delivered in the morning with day staff by the same midwife who delivered my first. Amazing to have same midwife twice and reassuring as trusted them. Delivery suit staff amazing, Victoria ward not very helpful, seemed to spend their time talking to long term patients instead
