"maternity delivery suite"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

visited someone in the delivery suite today , TV not working this seems to be a problem throughout the hospital when you are in these cells [cant really call them wards or rooms] cut off from everybody this is a major issue, the bathroom smelt damp and mouldy had to go and get someone and they put some bleach down the shower drain, no water machine to get a drink no tea and coffee machine, when people are likely to be in there for hours drinks machines should be a given. All in all my experiences at this hospital with members of my family has been pretty abysmal. The food is a disgrace, lukewarm and for the most part inedible. This hospital was very badly designed miles of empty corridors and wasted space whoever passed the designs for this hospital should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves

Dear Ms Hutchinson, thank you for leaving a review of our maternity services.

We're sorry that you found the facilities to be poor on the occasions you have visited the hospital.

Please be assured that we share all feedback received with the relevant departments so that they can consider this as part of their regular review of services.

Kind regards, The PALS Team.
