"Awful Care and Still Waiting for a response to my..."

I had an operation in December 2014 at this hospital and was appalled at the standard of care I received particularly from the ward staff. From the admittance, to even getting me the right drugs after my operation, there were problems at every point and I'm shocked that this hospital is allowed to practice as a private hospital where you'd expect better care. I've written a letter (received by the hospital in January) and to date, only received poor acknowledgements (telling me they've not completed their investigation) from the Executive Director. I'm in the process of considering taking this to the CQC for further assistance. Awful and wouldn't recommend, in fact, I'd avoid if you're given an option.
