What I liked

The professionism of the Dr and Nurse talking to me and my husband about a serious condition

What could be improved

Not happy at all with the receptionist who made my husband and I wait, for several minutes, whilst she finished writing on a pile of papers. She didn't even acknowledge we were there. Then she asked me to confirm my name, address, tel no, Dob and GP. all in front of a full waiting room. All details which should be private under Data Protection Law. Identity fraud is on the rise and this information would be perfect for anyone willing to misuse it. Should anyone want to burgle your home whilst you are there they have full details of where to go!

I used the toilet and it was quite dirty, including the walls,the floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for some time
