My husband and I arrived from London to see his father as we do most weekends. When we arrived he was very unwell and in alot of pain so we took him to the Conquest. I checked him in at A&E while my husband parked the car. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My father in law was then seen within 10 minutes by triage sister who transferred him to a trolley. The department was extremely busy one ambulance arrived after another. The care he received was excellent and staff friendly and helpful and kept us informed at all times. Thanks especially to Triage Sister and the doctor . They are a credit to the department.
"Excellent A&E Service"
