The plot got even worse; a bone scan later revealed a 3 week old broken bone; a break that occurred whilst under the care on A9 where he fell for a second time whilst in their care. It was checked out they said. But not checked out enough for a so-called expert orthopaedic ward to fail to notice that his wrist was fractured. Orthopaedics fail to find fracture after a fall. But more seriously failed to have done the appropriate checks to look for fractures after a fall in their care. Abhorrent and appalling.
"orthopaedic abhorrence; discrepancy in diagnosis..."
