"Awful antenatal experience so far"

I am about to give birth at UCH but have come away from almost every appointment so far in tears after being told something different, fobbed off or passed on to someone else, been promised to be called with advice or decisions but no one ever calls, found it impossible to make appointments (I just came back from my 38 week appointment at 40+1). At this stage in my pregnancy I don't need to be stressed out and treated with the disrespect that your stff have shown me. You have now made me fearful of my birth at UCLH when before I was very relaxed. You have clearly taken on way to many maternity patients and your staff are under too much pressure and taking it out in patients. it's been a horrid experience so far
