This department is fantastic, I was seen exactly at my appointment time, and was heading home in under an hour. The staff were all lovely and really synpathetic as it can be quite nerve wracking. They explained everything that was going to happen during the procedure, and with their support it was not as bad as I was expecting! I can't praise them highly enough.
