My 83 year old mother in law had cataract surgery today in the Day Surgery Unit. She was extremely nervous, but despite the procedure being more complicated that anticipated and her being in theatre for almost twice the usual length of time both she and myself and her son felt like valued customers throughout the process. The whole staff team were friendly and courteous throughout. Thank you to all the team.
