"No respect for you"

I used the fertility treatment centre in this hospital. The nurses are not very good. If you don't meet the criteria they dont want to know you. I felt very depressed for not getting any help. I finally fall pregnant and found out I was 6 weeks with slight bleeding. I had a scan when I was told everything is ok but when I asked why I am bleeding I was told its a subchorionic bleeding and should resolve itself, quite common I was told. Few days later I went a and e and it was night time around 10pm I had more bleeding but I was told epau is now closed so they will book me appt for next day. (Do people only have miscarriage during 9-5?) Anyway I got to epau to meet a very abrupt and sarcastic receptionist who checked me in and told to take seat. After a big hoo haa of disorganised lists etc the nurse called me in and started the scan with a face lacking in emotion. After looking confusingly at the screen the sonographer very unsympathetically said no heart beat is seen. I was then told to wait outside in waiting room but after hearing this I couldnt move I was crying alot but was offered no support or sympathy. These nurses need serious training in people skills and how to convey bad news or else they shouldnt be working in this profession. I later had removal of my angel baby. But why are some staff so ignorant and lack in compassion? It seems to be all about coming to work for earning a living, not because they are passionate about there jobs. So disappointed in my local hospital.
