"I liked the fact that the Nurses ..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I liked the fact that the Nurses were so friendly and made you feel at complete ease. The cleaners were always in the ward cleaning and very friendly. The Nurses would call the doctor if you asked them to. Also what I thought was excellent was the fact that the Doctor who treated me said if I was concerned then feel free to bleep me and he gave me his bleep number.

What could be improved

Medication at the specified times. Although if I asked for my medication it was brought to me, people who were unable to find a member of staff would have to wait.

Anything else?

Absoloutely brilliant care, friendly Doctor's and Nurses, friendly housekeeping staff. Would 100% recommend this hospital to a friend. :)

We are extremely pleased that you have experienced such good care at St Peter's Hospital. Patient care is our top priority and we are continually working to make improvements to make sure all our patients receive the quality of care they deserve. We will certainly take into consideration your comments on giving medication at specified times to see if we can improve this. We have recently relaunched the role of our Matrons, making them more visible and ensuring they have more time to dedicate to direct patient care on the wards.
