I had an appointment yesterday at 8:50am with the Podiatry Department at Dewsbury Health Centre. At a few minutes before my appointment was due my name was called by a young man who introduced himself as James.
After taking me through to the treatment room and settling me on the couch I was asked how I was and whether I had any specific problems with my feet. I explained to James about my big toes having nails which were involuted. In a very professional but sympathetic manner James set about solving my problem. Using a Blacks file James explained to me what he was doing. I must say the relief I felt in my toes was the best.
This young man, James, is excellent, confident and inspires confidence and I feel some recognition of the excellent treatment I received is due.
So my thanks to James and my thanks to Locala. Thank you for providing such good treatment.
