On the three seperate occasions I visited the main reception staff were always in a muddle. The room where I was treated was cold. My appointment time amounted to nothing, I eventually found out. Having been asked to strip, I was given a hospital gown that didn't close. I was then left in a cubicle to chill in the cold air of a ventilation grill until I'd had enough and a member of staff gave me a warmer gown. When I questioned them about the long wait they said they had a list. I was number seven. When I suggested that I could have arrived for my appointment at midday instead of 10am they just shrugged. Management compile the list, they said. And we face the complaints from patients like yourself because of it.
"Lacking in organisation."
