"Children's Surgical Unit - Brilliant!"

My 6 year old had to have some problematic teeth removed under general anaesthetic. The staff at the CSU couldn't have been better. Every single person we spoke to was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. They were excellent with my son, explained the whole process brilliantly and were efficient, professional and genuine throughout, even when dealing with children or parents that were experiencing problems. The waiting area is clean and very, very well equipped. My son loved playing on the Wii and XBox while he was waiting! I cannot praise the staff and the surgeon highly enough; from the warm welcome we received, to the excellent way they inserted the cannula (whilst diverting my son's attention with a 'Where's Wally book), to the quality aftercare. Really, really impressed with you all. Thank you so much!
