"The staff did not make me feel a nuisance"

I experienced chest pain which did not go away. The response to a 999 call was very prompt and dealt with a very clear message from the operator. The ambulance crews were professional and reassuring, friendly and had the knack of relaxing their patient.

My reception at the Princess Royal Hospital was professional, efficient, even though they were very busy. My care was excellent during my short stay. Although my problem was not as serious as first thought, the staff did not make me feel a nuisance but treated me with dignity.
