"Lots of repetitive questions"

About: South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as a relative),

What happened? Not much! lots of repetitive questions that had nothing to do with the problems we were having spoke to three different people the second lying about an ambulance on its way! third one did send it.

Then the on call DR who was supposed to ring did so three hrs later whilst we were already in A & E! ! !

A useless service in my mind just call handlers who no nought! ! ! ! apart from using a pc.
