What I liked

At outpatients appointments, of which there have been many, the staff have been very pleasant. My Consultant's secretary has been very pleasant even when I have been making my complaints.

What could be improved

Please stop cancelling surgery dates. Sort your lists out for surgery before sending dates out to patients.

I have now been suffering 2 years with my problem and have had many appointments and been sent for therapy, which has not worked. I have just suffered the 3rd cancellation of an operation with QEQM and can't believe how people are so badly treated when it comes to operations. As a patient you make all your arrangements, get mentally prepared and then just like that they cancel it. No consideration whatsoever.
