"Medical staff great - admin need some..."

Like the person who commented on 8/4 a number of us were not dealt with very efficiently by the receptionists. Because I happened to ask (after 1 hour) I was told that there was now a lunch break and no one would be seen for 90 mins. I went into London and had lunch. When I came back lots of people were still waiting. They had not been informed that they were free for 90 mins. The medical staff were great but the admin staff do need some training and supervision. This is especially true when dealing with potential oncology.
