"I was treated with no respect ..."

What could be improved

I was treated with no respect and received no help wat so ever .I waited for hours and hours to see a Doctor ,eventually a junior Doctor came that had no idea wat is wrong with me while I am in severe pain .I had to ask for pain medicacion twice and information to what was going on and nobody could help me.I have two children at home and told the nurse that I need to make arrangements ....I was just left with no information and no help .....Then after anouther few hours of waiting..i was told have to wait for the morning for the scan .....? I was not informed a any stage waht was going on what treatment of procedures will be followed and felt that I had no right to medical treatment and just have to be greatfull if somebody have the chance to see or help me.

Anything else?

Can the doctors just treat me like I am a human being with the abiliaty to understand what is going on and keep me up to date to what their procedures and treatment plans is.It seen like nobody is able to communicate.
