"telephoning what a joke."

Trying to find the opening times of the Phlebotomy dept. Webb site has no information so I rang the main and only telephone number given (0845, so more expensive than normal). That's where the stupidity starts. "State the person or department you want to speak to." So I did very clearly and they repeat something that doesn't resemble what I asked for. so I was asked to say cancel. After about a dozen tries and cancelling the last attempt I got put through to a random number. Useless. Nobody could transfer me as the phlebotomy department were not answering. Only wasted about 20 minutes at a premium rate and am no nearer finding out the opening and closing times. Aaagh!
