About: Wansbeck Hospital

They couldn't have done enough. After all the talk from the area where I live about bad reports on the hospital I was very worried attending Wansbeck with my wife in AE. The only thing I found wrong on the day was how long it took to park after our long journey. The staff where amazing. I would like to give them my utmost thanks and cannot praise them enough. Excellent work to all of you!!!! 😀

Dear Sir, Can I thank you for sharing this with us ? I am so pleased that our emergency care team provided your wife with all the care she needed - this sort of feedback means the world to them. I am sorry that you encountered difficulty parking, especially when you had a long and anxious drive in. It is an ongoing issue that we are working hard to improve.
