The doctor is approachable, thorough in their assessment, efficient in arranging medical investigations, providing diagnosis and treatment. The doctor has a straight forward no-nonsense approach which I prefer. Overall a positive experience with this proficient consultant ** The doctor would benefit from more admin support in order for test results, reports etc to be sent to patients and GP's in a more timely manner. This was the first time I had attended Maidstone hospital when I started seeing the doctor, I acknowledge that the hospital is being improved but I would say the OP Clinic area is dismal, cramped and dark, could do with decorating and better lighting.
