"Very very poor service, staff is very poor."

About: Newham General Hospital

They did not give us the prescribed treatment but they filled out the paper work that medication has been given on time. Had a c-section and had high blood pressure problem but they didn't give the mid day medication for 2 days.... How they expect patient's health to improve if medication is not given. Blood thinning injection were missed which are so crucial when u have c-section otherwise u could have blood clot problem. The staff is very rude, when called they will say to you we are coming but no one will come to attend you Patient have to change their bed sheet himself/herself because cleaner will keep saying to you they are Coming but actually they won't come. In visiting hours no one stays at reception to open the doors you have to wait until some other visitor open the door to go out only then you will be able to get into the ward.
