My daughter has been on ward..sorry gate (why???its not an airport) for a week. ..in agony with a twisted bowel. She was allowed home at the weekend to see her daughters and partner. Now after an mri/ct scan they say they can't do anything for her as she has a claim ongoing with a consultant. Well im disgusted that you have a patient in need of help maybe even emergency surgery and she is being left unattended to on one of your wards being blackmailed into halting the claim to be able to be treated. .that is outrageous. Ive just spent 10 minutes trying to get through to the ward sorry gate...only to have the phone picked up and hung up on me. I shall be visiting my daughter later and would like to have some answers please or this is going in every newspaper I can get hold of.
