re my x ray appointment, it seems some details were not published, I also said a day care unit in the dept would be better than having to go to surgical admissions and have to come all the way to x ray dept, have it all in one place

Thankyou for those additional comments. We appreciate the time taken to give us your opinion, it’s through our patients' feedback that we can make changes and improvements to the services we provide, so Thankyou.

As you will appreciate, we have a great deal of demand for x-rays from our Emergency department, Outpatient department and Fracture clinic. This means it is important that our x-ray department is located close to these areas and is easily accessible.

I hope that helps to explain why our x-ray department is located where it is and I thank you once again for your comments.

I understand that but look to moving a check in area to where the department is,instead of surgical admissions the other end of the hospital,I think it would serve a useful purpose
