What I liked
My son has been attending the Orthoptists' department for 2 1/2 years and during that time, the team there have been excellent at ensuring he does not become distressed during his appointments. They always listen to us and give clear information about our choices. I would recommend their service to other parents whose children need Orthoptic treatment.
What could be improved
The waiting room gets somewhat cramped at times.
