What could be improved

Waited one month to see a doctor about surgery as the pressures in my eyes are rising quite rapidly but was sent back to wrong doctor by mistake,he was very offhand and seemed anoyed i had wasted his time,I now have to wait for a further appointment to be seen by the correct dept,all the while my eyes are getting worse as the medication is not working

Anything else?

I understand Wothing has a good eye dept ,would it be possible for me to be transfered before my eyesight deterioates any further. Could you please forward me the name of the hospital chief executive as I intend to make a formal complaint
