Dear David Marsh

I was sorry you were unable to locate the male toilets, when visiting C21 recently.

There are both male and female toilets that are located near C21. When you enter the hosptial from the East Entrance or Zone C; on the right hand side there is a door which states toilets and both men and women's toilets are based in that area.

If you require any further assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01902 695362.

Kindest regards

Carol Bott
