What I liked

i liked the sussex county because when i was seen it was with pretty good speed..the nurses and doctors seemed very stressed and sometimes dissagreements could be heard easily which made me feel a little nervous..the portering team was good and bad really..i was taken to a ward at 11am and was taken by two men who seemed to talk about how bad the company was and sometimes used bad words which i didnt really need to hear and was a bit surprised that with such a big hospital that two male porters needed to escort me by chair..im sure that one of these guys could have been used else where..however my second expeirence with the porters regained my hopes when a couple of porters that took me to ct later the next day was brilliant..polite and very cosiderate nice to see them working so well together . well done

What could be improved

i did see a lot of cleaners on my stay but was speaking in a langauge i couldnt understand..maybe if they could be encouraged to speak more english then patients might be not so nervous

overall very good cant really complain great job and a well done to all staff at the sussex county
