"after 4 hours in the waiting area ..."

What I liked

after 4 hours in the waiting area of a+e the nurses and doctors was in a very stressfull time and you can easily see how understaffed they really are..6pm was the time i was taken to xray and have to comment on the portesrs who took me there..fantastic job guys..they made me very calm and explained where i was going..i think you two are a credit to your company and would say that even though the porters were extreamly busy they still kept a smile on my face...the whole team that day was fantastic well done to all inlvoved

What could be improved

just waiting time i think..could be improved and speeded up a little but i was in and out with six hours so cant really complain

Anything else?

just thought the whole a+e was great..nice to see that the nhs can again pull it out of the hat when in these stressfull times
