"A stranger is welcomed."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Thank you William Harvey Hospital for taking such good care of me when I was sent over from the Royal Victoria on Monday with a suspected mini stroke. You were all wonderful, the waiting time was minimal (and it was busy) and the care and attention to detail from reception through the lovely nursing staff and to my doctor was exemplary. The thoughtfulness of a Nurse telling me to wait until they came off shift in half an hour and they would drive me back to Folkestone, made me feel not like a stranger but a very grateful family member. William Harvey you are fabulous and I cannot praise the NHS enough.

Thank you so much for your very kind feedback, I am glad to see that you were welcomed and cared for so well. We are really proud of our A&E staff who work really hard under difficult circumstances. Hope you are recovering well.
