About: East Surrey Hospital

(as the patient),

I was impressed by the attitudes of the nurse and consultant radiographer (I think that was her title) - they smiled and were so positive and professional. The radiographer explained things clearly.

To be honest, the vast majority of my experiences of NHS personnel (both in relation to myself and relatives) have been really positive.

I know there are exceptions, but this is the case in every profession - SO let's give some praise for our great institution and those who work so hard within it.
