The hospital I chose was Nuffield Health, Shrewsbury.
The doctor = great
The staff = great
The booking office smelled very bad. I mentioned it to the young lady who said she had a blocked nose and she would leave the door open.
The toilets were filthy. I reported them to the receptionist. She said she would let the right people know.
